The Maisels Group has been named South African Construction Law Disputes Chambers of the Year for 2017 by Lawyer Monthly, a UK-based news website and monthly legal publication that focuses on significant legal news from around the world.

The Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards recognise the achievements of law firms and individuals who have delivered exceptional results for their clients over the past 12 months. The 2017 Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards recognises firms, individual lawyers, solicitors and barristers that have dedicated their resources to innovation, built on their depth of expertise, and performed outstandingly over the year.

One of the Group’s senior members, Patrick Lane SC, who has been instrumental in the development of the Group’s construction law practice, as well as the Group’s growing international footprint, enjoyed the privilege of receiving the award on its behalf.
